About Health & Ease

Compassionate Online Psychotherapy Counselling Designed to Support Your Mental Well-Being

"I’m an RN with CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health. I’ve completed certificate courses in CBT/DBT and I also work in a mental health agency. I provide structured therapy for clients with depression and anxiety. I document sessions, follow CNO guidelines, and will refer complex cases outside my scope. I do not call myself a psychotherapist, but I do perform psychotherapy as a nurse."

At Health & Ease, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our practice is built on the belief that healing begins with empathy and understanding, and that meaningful progress can happen when you feel heard and supported.

As an online-only counselling service, we make therapy accessible and convenient, allowing you to connect with a mental health nurse therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whether you’re facing stress, overcoming grief, experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating difficult life transitions, our goal is to provide evidence-based, personalized care that meets you where you are.

We consider personality dynamics and client concerns, whilst integrating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). We will work together to help you develop skills to improve your ability to cope better and adapt mechanisms to promote your wellness.

Your trust and confidentiality are central to our work. During your care, you will be asked to share important health information that helps us provide effective therapy. All information is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy and in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Health & Ease is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
